  2. Metrotrends Economic Review and Outlook. Published annually, generally in autumn. This newsletter includes the latest data on local economic trends, employment, expanding industries, construction trends, and annual single-family housing average permit costs, with topical information on demographic and economic issues.   3. Forthcoming: Census 2000 Data Book for Little Rock-North Little Rock MSA. Metroplan is aiming to publish the first edition of this document during the autumn of 2001.

  4. Pulaski County Apartment Market Survey. Metroplan no longer publishes the survey.

  5. Pulaski County Census Tract Data Book. Maps of Census Tract boundaries for Pulaski County. Based on 1990 census. Number of households and median household income, racial breakdown, and square miles per census tract. Population 1970-1990 by Census Tract, place-of-work employment by census tract, household and family poverty, and per capita income by census tract. Approx. 20 pp. Price: $5.00, plus postage.

  6. Faulkner, Lonoke and Saline Counties Census Tract Data Book. Maps of Census Tract boundaries, based on 1990 census. Number of households and median household income, racial breakdown, and square miles per census tract. Population 1970-1990 by Census Tract for Saline County only; population 1980-1990 by Census Tract for Lonoke County; past data for Faulkner County not available. Approx. 10 pp. Price: $5.00, plus postage.

  7. Little Rock-North Little Rock MSA Population Projections by Traffic Zone for Metro 2020 Plan. Available only for specific requests. Maps already exist for western Little Rock, but others can only be developed as time allows. Price: generally $20.00 minimum for Traffic Zone information, more if staff time is required to develop maps. Rate $20.00 per hour for staff time.

  8. Little Rock Area Market Analysis. This report was done in January, 1997, for presentation to the Metroplan Board of Directors. Includes maps and data on Little Rock Major Trading Area, Basic Trading Areas within Major Trading Area, Commuting Zones within the state of Arkansas, and the Little Rock Media Market Area.
